It’s our portal for to-the-trade pieces, that can be shipped directly to you from the manufacturer! Typically they are purchased exclusively by trade professionals (i.e. interior designers) and for their clients. This portal allows anyone to purchase trade furniture and décor through our website!
SideDoor is our partner to secure and fulfill your order. They handle all the logistics and customer service and are excellent! We partner with them for our shop, and to exclusively fulfill trade orders for client projects. SideDoor customer support can be contacted for any questions or concerns about delivery and/or damages.
When you purchase through One Day Designs Shop, orders are fulfilled by our trade partner, Side Door.
*Please note – all sales are final (unless damaged in transit). They are shipped directly to you from the trade manufactures who are unable to accept returns back to the factory.
Side Door’s logistics and customer service team do a great job, and they’ll handle any other questions on your order, delivery or damages directly, as well as address any issues that may arise.
Side Door will email you regarding your orders progress and when pieces ship. Furniture shipping is by a local freight carrier who will call you when your furniture is ready for delivery to schedule it.
Furniture is delivered “To Your Door”. If you order anything heavy, be sure to arrange for one or more people to be home when it is delivered to help you bring item(s) inside, remove packaging, and place piece(s).

Our prices are never above the internet minimum advertised price (set by the manufacturer).

Retailers designer discount are too minimal (typically under 10%) to cover admin time for ordering, tracking, arranging delivery etc. so we have opened it up for customers to order directly.
